I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ágnes Sebes to anyone on a journey of self-discovery who wants to know, love, accept and fulfill themselves. Yoga

I have been going to yoga classes with Aghi for 2 years, and occasionally to a self-awareness circle. Her tactful attention and understanding support is an important part of my daily life. Since coming to her, I have become more aware of the physical tensions within me, I feel much better and I can separate out the processes in my body and find solutions.
