To return to ourselves

Toward Wholeness, for me, is a process in which we can return again and again to our own wholeness – to the state where body, soul, and consciousness work together in harmony.

I have been practicing yoga for over fifteen years, and I learned yoga in the Sivananda tradition.

Swami Sivananda's teaching, Integral Yoga, is close to me because it sees all areas of life as opportunities for development and self-knowledge and service to the world. In addition to the physical and mental discipline of Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga, the selfless service of Karma Yoga, the devotion of Bhakti Yoga, and the awareness of Jnana Yoga are important to me. I have been teaching yoga classes for eight years, where the goal of practice is not only the health of the body, but also inner peace and the experience of presence and clarity.

In addition to yoga, I also delved into self-knowledge and psychology: I graduated from the Integral Academy, where I studied integral psychology based on Ken Wilber's theory. This approach helps me understand and support human existence on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions, individual and collective.

My mission is to help others find their own path to fulfillment – a form that fills them with joy, satisfaction, and reconnects with themselves.

I believe that wholeness lives within all of us, and every step we consciously take brings us closer to it.
